Instructions

Prefered player: Winamp
If you don't have winamp, go get it. Download winamp 5.xx or something to that effect. Winamp 3 works for some people and not for others. If you want to give it a shot, go for it, but be warned that this instruction set is for winamp 2.xx.

Once you have winamp, make sure that it is your default mp3 player (as in if you double-click an mp3 it will play in winamp). You can do this by clicking the menu (top left button in winamp) then clicking Options, then Preferences. In the Preferences window, click "File Types" on the left list and then "Select All" and make sure "Register Types on Winamp Start" is checkmarked. Then close winamp.
