Board Member | Level 217 Fixer |  Contact Dynamiks
Dynamiks was born during a rare, ill-fated mission to the dark side of Rubi-Ka. He alarmed his legal guardians, spending the first ten years of his life communicating only in a complex rhythmic logarithm of his own devising. Although in his teens he rapidly developed into a most eloquent speaker, he never lost the vocal twang imposed by his bizarre linguistic origins. Dynamics is known to only need 2 hours sleep a day, to beat-match with inhuman accuracy, and to occasionally hallucinate giant bouncing rollerats.

The resulting mish mash of House/Dance/Trance music comes together once per week on Friday evenings and goes to air on GSP as "The Field of Dreams". Dynamiks can also be heard occaisionally proving that he is definitely a few kangaroos short in the top paddock at his random "Club Troppo" shows, where he delves into the retro files of 70's to 90's 'cheese' music in a pot pourri of classic hits and strange earthly memories....

Ickk likes to live in the past and likes his music from that era. Since Rubi-Ka has no asylums the doctors had to put him somewhere. Where better than Gridstream Productions? Around all the other crazies he has seem to find a home. Lets hope he don't escape from here!

  "Lauri" Tristaine
Board Member | Level 84 Keeper |  Contact Lauri
Lauri was well known for being a wanderer, having spent much of her youth working for the various Clan organisations. Intent on being the best weapon she could be, Lauri had delved deeper into her training as a swordswoman. It didn't take very long for her to be exposed to the more fascist side of Clan life, however.

Sometime in 29476, while traveling through Omni-Entertainment during simpler times, Lauri's Comm picked up a strange signal that led her to a remote bar. It was there that she discovered an intriguing group of people. These people were not only heralding peace and happiness, but doing so in such a way that all Rubi-Kans could relate to; through good times.

Not long after, in 29477, Lauri joined this music-loving organisation, GridStream Productions. She then spent several years upholding the principles of putting aside differences to enjoy life on Rubi-Ka. Eventually the Shadowlands would call on her to make a mysterious journey. None could follow, and Lauri was not seen for over a year. 29483 eventually rolled around and DJ Lauri returned from her trek to reunite with her family in GSP.

  Lan "Tarryk" Kozar
Board Member | Level 15 Doctor |  Contact Tarryk
Lan Tarryk Kozar ("Tarryk", "LTK", or just "tK") is a rather eccentric personality. As the founder and CEO of GridStream Productions, he runs the financial side of the organization, maintaining and monitoring the status of the stream servers and royalty networks, and generally avoids "captainy" duties, although he does tend to step in when the proverbial poop hits the propellor internally. All things considered, he is quite happy in allowing his trusted friend Ashval run the organization as director of operations, complete with an executive staff comprised of some of the most genius and free-thinking minds in the internet radio industry. (a proud point of the organization, to put it lightly)

Tarryk heads up the program "LTK Static Array" that runs 11pm-2am Eastern every Friday night. The show is comprised mostly of contemporary hard rock and dance-techno, with splashes of american, european, and asian pop music. The genres he generally avoids are classic rock and lite rock. Also in the Static Array, Tarryk loves to offer humorous (and sometimes long) opinions on everyday events both in the world of Anarchy Online and in his own life, often referencing his experiences of the week to the relatable weirdness we all experience in some fashion, over in the Real World ("RK4"). Included are bits of utterly useless trivia that usually happen right around the strike of midnight, known as the "Der De Der Trivia", often just used as brain teasers for those who want something relatively silly to think about after the stress of the week has wrapped up.

On the personal side of things, Tarryk is notoriously Busy. On the constant quest to keep himself from ever achieving the mastery of any one skill or trait, he's always playing social butterfly in the day-to-day, working very long hours at his day-job as a broadcast radio traffic manager, while simultaneously engaged in several dozen personal projects, very few of which ever get comepletely finished due to an overloaded and unmedicated case of Attention Deficit Evolution (he's convinced it's not technically a disorder, just an inconvenience). One of his major projects is his musical composition, downloadable for free at his online album: http://www.acidplanet.com/lan_tarryk_kozar

Concerning his public image, Tarryk believes that attempting to divert oneself away from trends and clicks is not the way to go in life. Rather, he makes the ultimate attempt (with limited success) to combine and embody all the popular and underground trends as a singular attitude and make it his own combination-persona. He continuously utilizes the attitudes and catch phrases of such clicks as suburban, redneck, emo, gangster, punker, nerd, goth, raver, geek, gamer, and more.

On the world of Rubi-Ka, tK tends to prop up the roleplaying element of the game-world, but rarely actually immerses himself in it. He considers himself sort of a sideline cheerleader for the RP community.

Born and raised by loving parents who ran a supply ship between the planets Destiny had a happy childhood filled with exploration and a love of the stars. She spent many hours listening to the grid feeds from the different planets fascinated by the vast differences in music from world one world to another. She especially liked the ambient musics because it reminded her of the vastness and peacefulness of being in space.
That all changed one tragic day when their ship was transporting cargo to Newland on the planet of Rubi-ka. As they were entering the atmosphere their main drive failed sending them crashing deep in the desert. Unable to find her parents in the wreckage and only mutilated bodies of those she did find Destiny waited for the rescue she was sure would come. After days of waiting and quickly running out of the food and water she was able to salvage she knew she had to leave or suffer the same fate as those she had berried days before. Hours became days as she walked across the endless desert, running out of food and water she could no longer tell how much time went by... just the endless walking. She knew if she stopped she would surely die there in that scorching plane of nothingness. She fell to her knees, no longer able to stand but pulling and grabbing at the weeds and caked earth trying to continue on with the little strength she had left. Her vision blurred, surrounding her with the wonderful peaceful darkness of the space which she loved, stars twinkling behind her closed eyes. She could swear she even heard the hum of the ship she had lived on for so long just before nothingness enveloped her in its wonderus embrace.
After weeks in a hospital recovering from the burns and severe dehydration of her time the desert she was told that she was free to go. She wondered the cities looking for any information on her parents' ship or indication that they may still be alive. Finding nothing she was crushed. While Destiny had spent her life on ships she had no practical skill with them after having spent most of it watching the stars and working on her musical skills. She was unable to find a freighter that was willing to take on someone unexperienced so the stars were lost to her. She was stranded on Rub-ka.
Then one day she discovered a group of people who shared her love of music and used their knowledge to bring it to the rest of the planet! She had once again found a home.
While her body had fully recovered from her time in the desert her mind never has. Some would say "she is not fully here". Destiny tends to speak of a life that was never her own. Talking about children she does not have and a place called "Washington DC"? Leaving those around her rather confused at times. Some say all the tragedy in her life has felt her a bit "Delusional".

    Race: Nanomage
Home City: Jobe

History:
Xtrophic was born in the city of Jobe, up in the plaza district in a wealthy family. As a child he grew very fond in fireworks and visual effects from having a great overview over the entierty of jobe. One of his uncles was an explorer, employed by the JOBE association, and Xtrophic used to take every chance he got to tag along his uncle on exploration expeditions. During this period as a child, both himself and the JOBE association began to see great potential in his neural network, something which allows him to control and command the nanobots that float around us. Taken into an JOBE academy he began to explore nano technology very closly and soon became very skilled in the science. Through his studies of the Great Masters, Izgimmer and Enfraam, he learned many ways to control the nanobots, most of which came out as weapons of mass destruction, which could inflict a great deal of damage. Xtrophic graduated top of his class from the JOBE academy with a masters degree in Nanotechnology.

After his graduation he took employment with the JOBE association, and spent many years exploring the world of Rubi-Ka, as well as the newly opened Shadowlands. He enjoyed the exploration a great deal, but after a while the loneliness grew strong and he began seeking other things, things that would make him a happier person. As he was out on a regular Rubi-Ka exploration he stumbled upon a place out in neutral territory from where he could faintly hear the sound of music. Drawn by the airwaves of these sounds he approached Reet''s Retreat and joined in to Party. This was his first contact which was to be known as GridStream Productions. After a few parties he realised this was what he wanted to do, and after a while he joined in among the growing ranks, to help and support the craziness :)

...and eventually DJ Wyldthing found him at a very young age wandering the dusty alleys of Newland City. He was not very kid like any more since he had to support his half-sister Gridbot most of his life. DJ Wyldthing took pity on them and took them under her wings. It wasn't until recently after they had both grown up to full citizens that they joined GridStream Productions as members on the 2nd of July in 29476. In the more recent years Gridfan says he has gotten some of the boyish fun back that he never had time for in the past.

He soon took on various tech tasks full time for GSP, including integrating Gridbot's neural interface into the GSP Mainframe system, allowing her to oversee and interact with all GSP communication systems directly with her mind. In the summer of 29477 Gridfan became a Radio Host and remained so for 2 years until 29479, when he returned back to tech tasks again full time.

Although nothing official has been announced, Gridfan has stated that he'd like to get back on the air again as a radio host, with his show The Lance Orbin Gridfeed.

For the first 26 years of his life a devout Omni citizen and by the book bureaucrat. After a small incident, involving a missing cover from a mining operation TPS report, a stapler and several buildings mysteriously burning down to the ground, Lykeios felt the need to re-evaluate his goals in life.

Leaving Omni territory behind him, with as much haste as was possible, he applied for a position within GSP.

  "Aakasha"
Member | Level 30 Adventurer |  Contact Aakasha
DJ Aakasha led a very rough life before joining Gridstream Productions. She grew up in one of the poorer clan camps on the outskirts of Tir, knowing nothing but conflict as she fended for herself daily just in order to live her life. The way she was forced to grow up so fast has given her slight psychological damage which manifests itself with uncontrollable rage. there is one thing she has managed to keep from her childhood though, her hockeystick, it serves her as reminder to the memories she had as a child, but, more importantly serves her well as as a weapon, forcing her enemies to realize that they stole her childhood (at least she see's it this way). after joining Gridstream Productions, the management decided she has a great on air personality that shines alot brighter than the gratuitous violence she inflicts on her audience.

Nushen was born in a run down old shack outside of Old Athen. By the age of two, she was trying to wander out into the world. She learned early on that being poor was boring and decided to make the best of it with the tools she had been given... her hands and feet. She explored all manner of places from Pleasant Meadows to Inferno and fell in with many wrong and right crowds. Eventually, she found that her favorite things to do was talking to new and different people, listening to meaningful music and collecting shiney little trinkets to add to her collection... and of course, to go on grand adventures.

  "Screaminlord"
Member | Level 17 Agent |  Contact Screaminlord
During his younger years, Screaminlord was part of the developing music scene in some of the backwater nightclubs across Rubi-Ka. Having always been a fan of dance music, his style has evolved from the mainstream generic and into the Hi-NRG and Hardcore genres and he'd often broadcast his shows over a pirate radio frequency. After being arrested, charged and serving his time for illegal usage of communications technology (broadcasting Hellfish through Omni-1's internal comm relay), he reprioritised his vision, knowing he could spread more word about dance music through legal means. Today Screaminlord has been seen frequently across rubi-ka, usually followed by the hard, wet, pounding basslines of his music.
